Mediaeval walking tour – Tour schedule

In the city of Tarragona there are number of major monuments from its mediaeval past. The city's Roman ruins and archaeological sites are part of a rich mediaeval artistic heritage. One fine example is the city cathedral, which contains outstanding examples of art and architecture from the Middle Ages. This walking route was designed to introduce visitors to the city’s fascinating past, and quickly covers a variety of mediaeval monuments and sites of interest in one single tour. Tours are available all through the year except in the middle of winter.

1 June to 30 September, 9:00 a.m.	Students/Seniors: $12:50
1 October to 21 December 10:00 a.m.	Children under 11 years old: Free

Tours last approximately three to four hours, rain or shine, but check weather forecast for tips on what to wear.

What does the price of the tour include?
The price of the tour includes your group guide and a souvenir brochure and map of your tour. Light refreshments are included in the tour price.

Reservations and prepayment
The majority of our walking tours do not require reservations but they are recommended, particularly from May to September. Tour fees are refundable if they are cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time. If for whatever reason the tour does not take place, fees will be automatically refunded.
