GROUP BOOKINGS - Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are interested in arranging dedicated tours for groups of more than 10 people at a date of your choosing. We are happy to do this. Organisations wishing to book a dedicated tour should contact us via the enquiry form on the Contact Us page or by email to admin@localtours.xyz to discuss your specific requirements.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME - Once your enquiry form has been submitted, you will be forwarded a detailed tour programme. We will do our best not to make changes to this detailed programme; however, we reserve the right to make some changes if necessary. When the change is minor, we will, if possible, advise you before your departure, but we are not obliged to do so or to pay you compensation. When the change is major, we will advise you as soon as possible, and you will be given the option of accepting the change or of terminating the contract. If the latter option is chosen, any deposit paid will be returned in full. A major change is a change in standard of accommodation or a change in dates or length of stay. We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the changes are a result of force majeure; for instance, the effects of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, fire and all similar events outside our control.

If you wish to make changes to your programme – for example, if you wish not to visit certain sites – we will try to accommodate your proposed changes, but we ask that reasonable notice be given to allow us to organise these changes. However, please note that if you choose not to go on part of a tour, refunds will not be given.
