1. A typical day.
Write a description of your daily routine. Tell your tutor what time you get up, what you do during the day – if you go to work or stay at home, for example. Include information about what you do in the evening.
Write 8 to 10 sentences.
(Have you finished the Vocabulary section? If not, then go back.)
2. Adverbs of frequency.
Write six sentences about yourself using the adverbs of frequency from GRAMMAR exercise 9.
Make some of the sentences true and some of the sentences false. Your tutor will try and decide which of the sentences are true.
For example:
I never go to work at the weekend.
I usually come home at about 6 p.m.
