if I had the money

1. The second conditional.

If you were a man / You would take a stick
If you were not afraid, you would kill him!

Match the two parts of each sentence.

2. The second conditional.

If you were not afraid = past tense, present or future reference, hypothetical condition (you ARE afraid)
you would kill him = past tense of modal verb, present or future reference, conditional probability (you will kill him, but only if you are not afraid)
