Read an article about RSI. Mark the sentences true or false, according to the information in the article.

RSI is a common problem now for many people. It can happen to people who play a lot of sport, to musicians, or to office workers and factory workers. RSI can occur when you repeat the same movement many times. It is not an injury that happens immediately. It is a slow process, a type of inflammation that increases with time. First, you might notice minor aches and pains, for example in your shoulders or arms. Your wrists could also be affected as many of the movements associated with desk work in an office, or working with the hands, can result in repetitive stress in the wrists. However, you can prevent RSI. You should make sure that you are sitting correctly and that you take breaks every 15 or 20 minutes. You could change the kind of task that you are doing or stand up and walk around the office. You should organise your desk so that you have a comfortable work position. If you have aches and pains that persist for more than a week, you should see a doctor.
