The Kiwi is a native bird of New Zealand. It lives in the forests of New Zealand and eats insects and worms. The Kiwi is about 30 centimetres in height. It has a round body, short legs and a long beak. It can't fly. It has no wings or tail. The Kiwi lays very large eggs, which are about 12.5 centimetres long and 8 centimetres wide. The Kiwi weighs about 1.5 kilograms.
