A good friend is a person that you can enjoy yourself with, have a nice time with, go out and have fun.
Someone that you can trust to confide in, to take care of you, to make you feel better if you're feeling bad.
So yeah, lots of things.
A good friend is someone who you get on well with.
I think in my opinion someone who makes you laugh and is also there for you and will listen to you and is supportive and you are for them also.
