1. Verb patterns: give.

Give me the brush.
   	    I’ll give you a call. 
Give also takes the pattern verb + noun + to + noun:
Give the book to Sandra.
A: What’s  that? 
      	  B: I don't know. Somebody gave it to me.
Complete  the second sentence to mean the same as the first. 
	Use the pattern verb + noun + to  + noun.
Example:
Give the dog a  biscuit. 
 Give a  biscuit to the dog.
4. Pronouns.

I love her.  (subject + verb + object)
              She loves me.
I  and she are subject pronouns. 
		      Me  and her are object pronouns.
Complete the table with the pronouns.
6. Pronoun practice.
Change the words (in brackets) to a pronoun. Type in the boxes.
Example: Tell (the woman) her your name.
7. Can for requests.
Decide which of the questions are requests and which are not requests.
