Reading for "Good Luck Story"

Bill Morgan, 37, is an Australian lorry driver. Last year he had a heart attack. He nearly died. He was in a coma for several days. His doctors thought he would never survive.

But, 12 days later, he suddenly woke up. He was fine. He was so fine, in fact, that he wanted to start work again. He got his job back. He also decided to get engaged to his girlfriend, Lisa.

Then he got really lucky.

Two weeks ago he bought a lottery ticket from his local newsagent's in Melbourne. The ticket was the last one in the shop. When he scratched the ticket he discovered he was the winner of a $27,000 Toyota Corolla car!

When newspaper reporters heard about his amazing luck, they came to take Bill's photo. He stood outside the newsagent's with his new car. The photographers asked him to buy another ticket, so they could take his photo. He pulled out $5 and bought a ticket. The cameras flashed.

Then Bill scratched the ticket. He looked at it and shouted: "I've won $250,000!"

The reporters didn't believe him.

"It's true! Look!" Bill started to cry.

It was true. The man who nearly died a year ago had won $250,000.

"I got my job back, I got engaged, I won a car and now I've won a quarter of a million dollars. It can't be true!"

It's incredible. But it's true.
