| O | Hello. Phil Thomas speaking. |
| C | Oh, hello Mr Thomas. I'm phoning about the flat. |
| O | Oh yeah, good. What would you like to know? |
| C | Well, could you tell me about it? |
| O | Yes sure. It's on the ground floor in a small building. It's got a nice garden. There's also a terrace. |
| C | And what about the flat itself? What's it like? |
| O | Well, it's a lovely flat, very light and sunny. It's got a kitchen, living-room, study... |
| C | How many bedrooms are there? |
| O | Two. But there's another room which you could use as a bedroom. |
| C | What's the flat got in it? |
| O | It's got a sofa and chairs in the living-room, a fridge and a washing machine. |
| C | Right. Where is the flat? |
| O | Well, it's in Goodison. There are a few shops close to the house, you know, supermarket, post office...it's about 15 minutes from the city center. |
| C | Right. When can I come and see it? |
| O | Tomorrow afternoon would be good. |
| C | What time would be best for you? |
| O | About 5.00? |
| C | Fine. Shall I meet you there? |
| O | Yeah, great. See you tomorrow then. |
| C | Yeah, see you. Bye. |
