If you arrive on Wednesday, how about dinner on Friday night? What time does your conference finish each day? Unfortunately, I have a work dinner on Saturday night. Another option is to meet for lunch on Saturday. Do you have any plans for the weekend here? We could have lunch at a restaurant near the river. What do you think? I can meet you at your hotel. Tell me which day is best for you and we can organise when to meet.
