              ideas to fit clients' needs, developing these into design
              prototypes or mock-ups. Written and verbal communication skills
              are also essential, along with the ability to interact
              professionally with clients and staff. 
              In addition, flexibility to adapt and develop concepts and ideas
              according to client and staff input is required. Maintenance of
              company home Web pages for product promotion and video editing
              also forms a substantial part of the job description.
