 Too + adjective
  expresses a problem.
  -  I can't drink this coffee. It's too hot.
 
 Adjective + enough
  can describe that something is not a problem.
  -  Now it's cool enough to drink.
 
Enough is often used in questions and sentences with
not.
  -  Is this room big enough?
 
  -  This room is not big enough.
